What's the difference between an Elite Newborn Nanny and a Premium Nanny?

An Elite Newborn Nanny is a certified specialist in newborn care with experience looking after babies up to 3 months old. They handle feeding, sleep, hygiene, and early development. A Premium Nanny is an experienced caregiver for older children, combining warmth, structured routines, and developmental support.

Does cleaning come with the nanny service?

Yes — a nanny-housekeeper combines childcare with light household support: light cleaning, laundry for children's items, and organizing children's spaces. Childcare always remains the priority.

How do you vet your staff?

Every candidate goes through document verification, an interview, English and IQ testing, training, and certification in line with UAE standards. We also check references and run background checks.

Do your specialists have medical clearances?

Yes — all care specialists hold certificates and confirmed medical clearances. They undergo regular medical checks and hygiene training.

What if the specialist isn't the right fit?

We offer a guarantee: if any issues arise, we'll replace the specialist or provide a service credit in line with our policy.

Can I request a replacement?
