We booked Estela D for almost 2 months when we first arrived and didn't have a live-in helper yet. She's such a credit to the Vice Keeper team!She made all of our lives better and the kids love her. She is so kind and thoughtful and generous. She really went above and beyond and pre-empted help that I didn't even know that I needed (even though it wasn't in her job description). She proactively sought out advice from her seniors to help with our baby and made gentle suggestions without overstepping. I love that she is friendly and assertive whilst always remaining professional and she treated my kids as if they were her own.
