Sometimes true, if the next nanny actually turns out better. In practice, in our client base, roughly 6 out of 10 families end up in the same situation with a new person 3–4 months later, plus AED 15,000–27,000 lost to the replacement itself. The Keep or Replace assessment exists exactly to separate those two cases, before you pay for anything.

Question 2

Isn't it "hit and miss" regardless? Some nannies just don't learn.

That's what the entry assessment is for. It shows us, and you, whether we're looking at genuine skill gaps that training closes, or fundamental unsuitability that training won't. If it's the second, we'll tell you at the assessment stage and recommend not enrolling. We don't take families into the programme where training won't deliver a result.

Question 3

How is this different from any other course? What actually changes after seven days?

The difference is in how it's measured. Most training is show-and-hope: you watch her practise, you cross your fingers, and you find out later whether anything held. In this programme she takes an independent exit exam scored by an external assessor. You get the numbers on paper: before and after, competency by competency. When the Telegram AI assistant launches in late October 2026, it also keeps the training live day-to-day. And if despite this she doesn't score 80+, we give her one more week of training at no extra cost. A "piece of paper" doesn't come with a written performance guarantee. This one does.

Question 4

How is a KHDA certificate different from what agencies advertise?

KHDA is Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority, the government department for education, the same authority that certifies schools and universities. A KHDA certification is issued by the government, not by an agency or a school. It also raises your nanny's professional standing across the UAE market, which is one of the strongest reasons for her to stay with your family rather than leave for another.

Because showing and hoping isn't the same as testing to an external standard. In this programme she doesn't just watch. She sits an independent exam. That's what makes the skill hold. From late October 2026, the Telegram AI assistant will also provide instructions in her own language when she's unsure, so the knowledge stays live.
